The victim of a fatal car crash in Cass County Monday morning has been identified by officials.

Police say Devin King, 22, crossed the center line shortly after 9 a.m. and struck a semi head-on while driving with a flat tire on Redfield Road. He died a short time later at the hospital.

The semi driver was also treated for injuries.
