Kroger cuts charitable donations to alleged anti-government militia group

An Indiana nonprofit is no longer on a list of community organizations that can get charitable donations from Kroger.

The reason, Kroger learned the nonprofit was actually an anti-government militia group.

Kroger said Indiana Oath Keepers was an IRS-approved nonprofit that had signed up to receive donations through Kroger’s customer-directed Community Rewards Program.

Indiana Oath Keepers said it’s a militia of former law enforcement and military personnel, but by the Southern Poverty Law Center it’s an extremist anti-government group.

Right now, the FBI has been looking at extremist group ties, including the Oath Keepers, to some of the Capitol rioters arrested, said USA Today.

Kroger said the group was one of the thousands nonprofits people in Indiana could have selected for the store to support. Kroger didn’t say how much money had been given to them, but said it wasn’t very much.

  1. Ummm, the SPLC ? This is a joke, right ? Kroger, cmon mannnn. Your falling for that crap coming from one of the biggest farces out there ? Guess your another store I wont be shopping at anymore.

  2. Yeah, the SPLC is a hate group.

The Oathkeepers are not an “anti-government” group, they are an “anti-corruption” and “pro Constitution” group. No wonder the supporters of the current corrupt and anti-Constitutional regime thinks the Oathkeepers are against them.

    • Incidentally, just so everyone is clear exactly how dishonest the SPLC is, here is the Oath that the Oathkeepers are formed around that makes them an anti-government group in the SPLC propaganda.

      Oath of Enlistment

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

Geez, this makes them practically terrorists!!!
