The St. Joseph County Police are warning people about a new scam being reported, with scammers posing as workers from a tree service company.

The police report that the scammers are looking to get you out of your home and keep you busy while they steal from you. They’re described as three Hispanic men driving a white truck that says “asphalt”.

The police remind you not to let anyone into your home for work that you haven’t called there yourself.
