An Elkhart RV maker is suing its finance director over $62,000 in bonus pay it says he got by inflating sales figures.
Nexus R-V is accusing Reed Morrison of manipulating data to create the appearance of increased sales figures for more than three years, which resulted in him receiving the inflated bonuses.
95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth report the lawsuit was filed by West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.
The suit accuses Morrison of conversion, fraud and breaching his duties.
