Crews battled a fire Wednesday afternoon at a Forest River plant off Old US 20 in Elkhart.

The fire was said to be mostly contained to an outside area, though a building did suffer fire and water damage. Large plumes of smoke were visible as crews arrived.

Traffic was not impacted on Old 20. No injuries were reported.

This is the second fire at an Elkhart County Forest River facility in the last month.
