A railroad crossing will be closed in St. Joseph County this month.

The Canadian National Railroad will close the crossing at Cleveland Road, just east of Capital Avenue. Detour routes will be posted starting Monday, likely using Bittersweet, 23, and Capital.

The crossing is expected to reopen on April 23.
