Two rooms were damaged in a fire at the former Niles Inn.

Firefighters responded to a fire at the inn on S. 11th St. Wednesday around 2:45 p.m.

ABC 57 reports that the fire was confined to one room but a second was damaged, as well as the hallway.

The cause of the fire is under investigation and the building has no electric or gas service.

There was no word of any injuries.
