A Mishawaka man has been charged for a crash, last fall, in LaPorte County which killed a Bremen man.

The collision happened around 4:30 p.m. on November 20, 2020, at U.S. 20 and County Road 200 East when prosecutors say Arthur McNeeley, 61, rear-ended a vehicle, then went into the oncoming lane of traffic and struck the front of a vehicle driven by Brian Klingerman, 62.

Klingerman was taken to the hospital where he died.

The investigation led to McNeeley being charged, last week, with reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving.

McNeeley was arrested on Thursday and released from the LaPorte County Jail the same day after a cash bond was posted on his behalf.
