Man, 24, pulled over for speeding, arrested on multiple drug-related charges

A man who Indiana State Police pulled over for speeding was arrested on a slew of drug charges.

It was on Wednesday, May 20, when a trooper pulled over Dillan Mitchell, 24, noticed the odor of suspected marijuana and spotted a torch lighter. A police K-9 sniffed out suspected meth, suspected marijuana, pipes, baggies and syringes.

Mitchell, who admitted being a member of the “Dirty White Boys,” a gang known for dealing drugs, faces the following charges, according to the probable cause affidavit, as reported 95-3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57:

  • Dealing in methamphetamine
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of a narcotic drug
  • Unlawful possession of syringe
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Possession of paraphernalia
