One person is dead after what police believe was an armed robbery and shooting in Benton Township.

The incident happened last night at Briarwood Apartments, which is near the intersection of Napier Avenue.

Witnesses told police several shots were fired during the robbery and two people were hit.

According to WSBT, Miquan Davis, 20, died and another man is recovering from his wounds in the hospital.

At this point, no arrest have been made.
