A girl was shot in the face at Castle Point apartments on Cleveland Road in South Bend.
The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 3.
The girl was taken to the hospital and was said to be responsive and breathing, according to St. Joseph County Sheriff William Redman, as reported by 95.3 MNC’s news partners at ABC 57.
Sheriff Redman also stated that two teenagers are believed to be involved in the shooting and that the people inside the apartment were cooperating with the investigation.
