A Dowagiac man gets a one year sentence for hitting his mother during an argument.
28-year-old Joseph Anthony Donoho plead guilty to domestic violence and was sentenced to one year in jail.
According to Leader Publications, police were called out to his mother’s home in Howard Township where she was found with marks on her face from where Donoho hit her with his fist.
A prosecutor in Cass Count noted that this was Donoho’s 6 conviction related to violence.
