Police in Michigan City made a grisly discovery as officers found three bodies inside an apartment on Wednesday.

The bodies were found in an apartment at the Michigan City Boulevard Gardens Housing Authority.

In the apartment, officers found drug paraphernalia and say that drugs may be a factor in the deaths.

There has been no word on when the people passed away.

Officers say they believe the bodies had been there for a while.
