A Goshen man has pleaded guilty to reckless homicide in connection to a deadly shooting that took place in March of last year.

Reynaldo Marin, 22, shot and killed Jordan Garcia, 26.

A man who was with Garcia at the time told investigators they had gone to an apartment to visit his sister when Marin, who was the woman’s boyfriend, opened the door with a gun in his hand and fired several shots, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.

Marin says he opened the door, saw a man in a hoodie and thought it was creepy so he tried to close the door when the other man tried to pull it back open, so he began firing.
