Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing New Jersey woman seen in South Bend

A New Jersey woman has been reported missing and hours after South Bend Police asked for help from the public, a statewide Silver Alert was issued.

Shimea Duncan, 28, was last seen on August 17th in downtown South Bend.

She’s described as 5’3” and 130 pounds with long black hair, large scar on the back of her left arm.
