Prosecutor gives update in SBFD secret camera investigation

The prosecutors office in St. Joseph County has released an update into the investigation in the discovery of a hidden camera in a women’s locker room.

Indiana State Police, who are investigating the case, met with Prosecutor Ken Cotter to brief him on the current status of the case.

Police say the are waiting on subpoena results from an internet service. They will brief Cotter again when the results come in.

The Indiana State Police has been brought in because members of the Special Victim’s Unit are members of the South Bend Police Department.

The camera was discovered in a women’s locker room at a South Bend fire station back in June.
