Several break-ins, thefts at Marian High School concession stand

Marian High School is investigating break-ins and vandalism at it’s concession stand.

It wasn’t just one or two break-ins, but several, in the past few weeks.

Officials say an estimated $5,000 dollars worth of food and drinks were stolen. The items taken included candy, soda and Gatorade.

The suspects also spray-painted graffiti inside some of their out-buildings, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

School officials are now removing their stock from the concession stand, increasing barriers to the building and getting police involved.

Anybody with information, is asked to contact the Mishawaka Police Department Detective Bureau at 574-258-1684. You can also send in any tips to their Facebook page.
