An arrest has made after a two-week police effort investing the thefts of catalytic converters in Michiana.

Friday, the Elkhart Police Department said they had arrested 49 year-old James Schram of Westville.

In the early morning hours of October 2 police chased a suspect vehicle that ended with the vehicle jumping the curb and crashing into St. Vincent Cemetery.
