If you’d like to be a TSA agent at South Bend International Airport, there is a job fair specifically for you.

The Transportation Security Administration is hiring for screening passengers, baggage and cargo positions.

A recruiting event is set for Wednesday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Notre Dame.

Applicants can learn what’s involved in becoming a Transportation Security Officer, as well as the job duties. They can complete an application and even schedule multiple steps of the hiring process.

To apply, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma or GED.
