A Dowagiac woman is recovering after a crash that happened when another driver tried to pass a vehicle in a no passing zone.

The collision happened on Tuesday, Oct. 26, on Dailey Road North of Coulter Street in Cass County.

The sheriff’s investigation shows a 37-year-old Edwardsburg woman tried to pass another southbound vehicle when the two collided.

The Dowagiac woman was taken by ambulance to the hospital with minor injuries.
