Public schools are being advised by the State Attorney General not to allow the display of materials promoting Black Lives Matter.
In a seven page opinion, Todd Rokita says B-L-M is “unequivocally a political organization. And promoting that group–while prohibiting others–could create “a liability for schools” and “violate the First Amendment.”
Rokita was asked for his opinion by two Republican state legislators–John Crane of Avon and Michelle Davis of Whiteland.

blm should be considered a terrorist organization too. Just look at how all of their “peaceful protests” have damaged other cities. Vans and moving vehicles are at the ready.
First of all.. that was NOT black ppl it was your own and I say that cause I know ur white.. video clearly shows WHITE ppl breaking windows and burning buildings..
Just to blame it on blacks! U ppl are sick but I guess that’s how life works when your grandpa is your dad..
On that note.. do us all a favor sit in sit sun and just burn up!!
I believe your demonstrated lack of literacy and vile spillage of bile indicates you are everything you accuse Mr William of being.
Maybe you should go check in with the founders of BLM at their new mansions to see how in they are with the cause; all while they burn down the neighborhoods of the people they claim to care about.
So you’re mad at the guy calling out the terrorists who burned, looted, and murdered under the guise of BLM but NOT mad at the white people who actually did it and hurt your cause?
You’re brilliant.
