Potawatomi Zoo celebrates changes, looks forward to the future

(Tom Franklin/95.3 MNC)

The Potawatomi Zoo says they’re very happy with the way their “unprecedented revitalization” projects have gone.

The front entry building, Red Barn renovations, the new upgrades for the lion and giraffe habitats and more show the growth of the popular attraction. The zoo says they have no plans to slow down, and are looking to keep the pace up for the next 3 to 5 years. They encourage the public to buy or renew memberships, or even donate at their website. Donations to the annual fund benefit equipment purchases, vet equipment, beautification and more. You can learn more at https://www.potawatomizoo.org/grow/.

You can also donate by check to Potawatomi Zoological Society, PO Box 1764, South Bend, IN 46634. Please write “Annual Fund” in the memo.

If you would like to become a member or are planning to renew your membership, you can do so at www.potawatomizoo.org/join.
