16-year-old boy shot at home on Maplehurst Avenue in Mishawaka

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the neck in Mishawaka.

The shooting happened just before 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11, at a home on Maplehurst Avenue.

The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.

Nearly a dozen other juveniles were in the home when the shooting happened.

There was no information about what led to the gunfire or any suspects or arrests.
