Court hearing set for Millersburg man arrested for child sex crimes

An initial court hearing is set for Tuesday for a Millersburg man arrested for child sex crimes.

James England III, 29,  was arrested, last week, after investigators say he molested a young girl during a five year period and threatened her if she told anyone, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.

The alleged victim was under age 6 when the alleged incidents started.

England is being held in the Elkhart County Jail on $326,000 bond.
