A man in was arrested for urinating in a breezeway in the Elkhart Police Department.

Marcus Ishmael went into the Elkhart Police Dept. Sunday afternoon and talked to an officer.

Ishmael said he’d been kicked out of a shelter for fighting and had no place to stay, reports ABC 57. He said he was going to walk around the city and try and get arrested.

After the officer told him not to do that, Ishmael lowered his pants and started urinating on a rug. In doing so, he exposed his genitals.

Ishmael was arrested for public indecency and criminal mischief.
