It’s 30 years in prison for a man who pleaded guilty to child molestation.
It was back in August when South Bend Police were called to a home in the 1000 block of Victoria Street on the report of a sexual assault. The 7-year-old female victim told investigators that 32-year-old Benjamin Sirko touched her inappropriately on multiple occasions.
ABC 57 reports the woman who called police did so after she found Sirko, undressed, with the girl.
As part of his plea deal, two additional counts of molestation, a count of exploitation and a child pornography charge were dropped.
