Students placed on lockdown Monday morning at Clay High School

Students are Clay High School were placed on a lockdown Monday morning.

This after administrators received information about a student potentially having a gun, according to the South Bend Community School Corporation.

ABC 57 News says the school was placed on lockdown around 11:30 a.m. Police searched the school but found no gun.

A little over an hour later, at 12:40 p.m., the lockdown was lifted.

All students in the building were safe and no arrests were made.
