Humane Society of St. Joseph County over capacity

The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is over capacity.

They only have 74 kennels but currently have 78 dogs in the shelter, which doesn’t include the daily surrenders they’re getting throughout the county.

The Humane Society is reducing the adoption fee for dogs to $17 through March 17.

The adoption center is by appointment only, so they recommend filling out an online application to get started.

Beyond adoption or donations, you can also help the humane society by fostering a pet.

Just wondering if they were over capacity then why are they picking up all these dogs that get lost and people are looking for them and they won’t give them back? They’re keeping in selling little dogs that belong to other people stealing or Knox Jenny Carlson/Director is the head of it! Refused to go on judge Judy after stealing my dog.
