Mobile food distribution schedule for April 2022

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has released its schedule of Mobile Food Distributions for April 2022:

 

Monday, April 4, 2022 – Elkhart County

11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET *While supplies last.

WHERE: Hawthorne Elementary School, 501 Lusher Avenue, Elkhart, IN 46517

*This distribution will serve 300 households and is sponsored by Saint Joseph Health System Community Health and Well-Being.

 

Tuesday, April 5, 2022 – St. Joseph County

11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ET *While supplies last

WHERE: Emmons Elementary School, 1306 S. Main Street, Mishawaka, IN 46545

*This distribution will serve 300 households and is sponsored by St. Joseph Health System Community Health and Well-Being.

 

Wednesday, April 13, 2022 – LaPorte County

10 a.m. – Noon CT *While supplies last.

WHERE: Fedder’s Alley, Washington Park, Michigan City, IN 46360

*This distribution will serve 300 households.

 

Wednesday, April 13, 2022 – Starke County

10 a.m. – Noon CT *While supplies last.

WHERE: Knox United Methodist Church, 201 S. Shield Street, Knox, IN 46534

*This distribution will serve 250 households.

 

Monday, April 18, 2022 – Elkhart County

10 a.m. – Noon ET *While supplies last.

WHERE: Open Door Food Pantry, 292 S. Main Street, Nappanee, IN 46550

*This distribution will serve 150 households.

 

Wednesday, April 27, 2022 – Starke County

10 a.m. – Noon CT *While supplies last.

WHERE: James R. Hardesty Hamlet/Davis Township Fire Station and Community Center, 15 W. Indiana Ave., Hamlet, IN 46532

*This distribution will serve 250 households and is sponsored by The Hardesty Memorial Endowment Fund through the Starke County Community Foundation.

 

Assorted food items are offered free of charge. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged. First come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance. One box per household. Distributions are drive thru. Please remain in your vehicle and open your trunk to receive items. An area will be available for self-loading if your trunk does not open. 100% of total program costs for The Emergency Food Assistance Program are financed with federal funds.
