New Prairie students miss annual D.C. trip

A Michiana middle school has canceled their annual Washington D.C. trip due to issues with the bussing company.

ABC 57 reports that the 8th Grade trip from New Prairie was canceled abruptly after the schools were informed by Cardinal buses that a bus would not be available.

School officials say students start looking forward to the trip while they’re in Elementary School, so the trip being canceled just two days before it was supposed to happen has been quite a blow, and a number of families had arranged their own plans around the trip.

Isn’t DC still on lockdown after the election theft? The students could just go look at chain link fences instead of going all the way to DC.
