Driver in a vehicle vs. train crash arrested for DUI

The driver involved in a vehicle vs. train crash in Goshen has been arrested for DUI.

It happened shortly after midnight Wednesday morning near North 1st Street and River Avenue in Goshen. Police say they reported a vehicle upside down near the railroad tracks and believed it had been struck by an eastbound train.

The 32 year-old driver, from Nappanee, had non-life-threatening injuries and her BAC was .258 when tested.
