IU South Bend has named a new Vice Chancellor for University Relations.

Rob DeCleene will take the role on June 1st after serving as the Executive Vice President of the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce.

He also brings experience as the Executive Director of Visit South Bend-Mishawaka.
