A Marshall County Sheriff’s officer who shot and killed a suspect has been cleared of wrongdoing.

The Marshall County Prosecutor cleared the officer who shot and killed Dylan Bush, 33, in November of last year.

Authorities reported that Bush ran, and led deputies on a car chase. It was when he allegedly tried to run over Sgt. Matthew Brown that he was shot. Dashcam video shows Sgt. Brown fired at Bush three times from just out of the frame. Two of those shots struck the suspect.

The Sheriff’s Office has not commented due to possible future litigation.
