The Plymouth Common Council has approved a tax abatement for Holladay Properties of South Bend.

Inside Indiana Business says the company is building a $3.1 million distribution center with office space.

The 25,000 square-foot facility will serve as the northern Indiana headquarters for Renewal by Andersen, a replacement window company from Carmel. The company will hire 85 people.

Construction is scheduled to begin in June.
