Sen. Braun introducing legislation requiring supplement manufacturers list their products

(provided by his Senate office)

Indiana Republican Senator Mike Braun has introduced legislation that would require dietary supplement manufacturers to list their products with the Food and Drug Administration.

Braun partnered with U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin of Illinois to write the Dietary Supplement Listing Act of 2022.

This legislation would require companies to provide the FDA a list of all ingredients, allergen statements, and product names, among other things. Braun says this legislation will “improve visibility into the dietary supplement industry.”

ANY cooperation with Sleazy Dick Durbin should be avoided, Braun. You’re an idiot for backing this.
