A man who police say pushed and jumped on their patrol cars while yelling was taken into custody for alleged public intoxication and resisting.
It happened last Saturday afternoon at Peach Road and 12th Road in Marshall County.
Officers were called to the area on the report of a man, identified as Jeffrey Recupido kneeling in the road, flailing his arms and yelling at people, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.
Officers determined he was under the influence of narcotics. As they tried to take him into custody, the man resisted. Once under control, he was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
