A teenage boy who helped plan a school shooting in Fulton County is now on home detention.

Donald Robin Jr. was originally given a 17-year sentence with a 9 year suspended, but the sentenced was modified and he was released from prison late last month.

His new sentence calls for four years of home detention followed by 3 years of probation. Robin testified for the prosecution on the case against his co-conspirator, John Schultz IV, saying he and Schultz planned the shooting at Rochester High School because they were angry about being bullied.

Schultz entered a guilty plea in February after two trials ended with hung juries. Schultz was given probation.

Robin then asked for a lighter sentence and received it. That sentence calls for four years of home detention followed by 3 years of probation.
