Goshen man pleads guilty to Jan. 6th charges

A Goshen man has entered a guilty plea in the ongoing legal case around the January 6th investigation.

Jeffrey Munger, 55, pleaded guilty to Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building. Munger could receive six months in prison, up to 5 years of probation, and a fine of up to $5,000. He’ll also pay $500 restitution toward the $1.5 million in damage.

Munger was the fifth person in Indiana who was charged in connection with the Capitol Riots.
