Man invites three people to home, says two stole his sister’s vehicle

A man invited three people to his house and says that two of them stole his sisters vehicle.

It happened at 10:42 a.m. on Monday, May 30th, on the 500 block of West High Street in Elkhart.

The man says that he left the three people alone in his house while he was in another room.

When he came back, two of them had left.

He says that soon after, he noticed that his sister’s car was missing.

ABC 57 News reports that the car was found by police on Monday, June 6, by a dumpster, in the 700 block of Monroe Street.

32-year-old Veronica Boggs had been driving the vehicle and was arrested for auto theft.

The second person, 37-year-old Donald Adkins was also arrested.
