For the first time since 2017, Four Winds Field has received a major honor.

The South Bend Cubs have been named the ‘Best Ballpark’ by Ballpark Digest.

The public voted and South Bend was ahead 32 percent in the victory.

They also beat out Fox Cities stadium, a fellow Midwest League.

In 2017, the Cubs won the award as a Low-A ballpark.

This year, they took home the award as a High-A affiliate.

They’ve consistently made it to the quarter-finals and have made it to the final vote four times.
