A driver was allegedly flashed and shot at in Elkhart.

It happened on Tuesday, July 5, when police were called, at 4:15 p.m., to the 2500 block of Toledo Road on reports of a shooting.

The caller said that he was driving on Toledo Road at 6:12 in the morning, when he saw two men on the side of the road.

ABC 57 News reports that one of the men exposed himself and the other shot at the vehicle, breaking a back seat window.

Police say the two men were not found in the area they were investigating.
