A woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting last month in Mishawaka.
The city’s Police Detective Bureau says Cheri Avery of Elkhart is accused of a felony county of battery by means of a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy.
This is in connection with the shooting on West 8th Street on June 28th in which the man who was shot drove himself to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the hip.
