Goshen has broke the ground of a new apartment complex.

The first building of the new complex should be finished by late spring.

The complex will have 60 apartments, with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.

It’s located on the corner of Plymouth and Indiana Avenue.

Another complex is set to break ground by the end of the year.

This is the first time Goshen has used tax incremental financing while building a housing project.
