Right to Life Michiana, Inc. has issued a statement regarding the passing of Jackie Walorski, Zachery Potts, and Emma Thomson in Wednesday’s car crash.

“With a heavy heart, Right to Life Michiana, Inc. mourns the untimely losses of Congresswoman Jackie Walorski, Zachery Potts, and Emma Thomson, who were killed in a car crash in Nappanee, IN on August 3, 2022.

Congresswoman Walorski was a fierce advocate for women and their unborn children on the local, state, and national levels, and she served as a true instrument of positive change for the pro-life cause. As a woman of great faith, she stood humbly beside us outside the local abortion facility, hoping for a day in which all life will be properly respected, valued, and protected. We remember Congresswoman Walorski with great gratitude, and we extend our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues she leaves behind.

Zachery Potts worked alongside Right to Life Michiana, Inc. for many years, tirelessly supporting the pro-life mission as a leader in the local community. We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of his life, and our hearts go out to his family and the many loved ones who mourn his passing.”
