One dead, one injured in crash on McKinley Highway

One person died and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday, Aug. 4.

The St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office announced that the crash happened around 2:30 p.m. on McKinley Highway near Hoosier Avenue.

Trevor Reasonover, 30, was driving west on McKinley and another vehicle as traveling east when the vehicles collided.

Reasonover was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the other vehicle was also transported to the hospital but was reported to have non-life-threatening injuries.
