A person who gets a face tattoo usually ends up in a mugshot as a criminal. He doesn’t follow the laws and does what ever he wants. Lucky for him the St. Joseph County prosecutor’s office and the judges will let him off easy.

What about the unlucky victim who had their car stolen and driven into the river ? They deserve compensation from the 23 year old man with a lengthy criminal history.
