A St. Joseph County man is sentenced to spend 10 years in prison, after the death of his 6-month-old son.
It happened in January, 2021, when the baby, Asaiah Molik, was found face-down on the floor, with 23 fractures to his ribs.
The father, Averius Molik, pled guilty to neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury.
