There are new owners for the South Bend Community School administration building.
Officials for the city of South Bend will call the building home, in 2024.
Administration will be moving to the Brown Intermediate Center on Beale Road.
The South Bend Community School Corporation voted to sell the building for $2.8 billion at their board meeting.
The sale will be finalized in October.

All a scam to help the SBCSC avoid leasing the empty building to a private school, which is required by LAW!
