Restaurants in South Bend are giving back to the community.

The Downtown Dining Association donated more than $12,000 to Beacon Children’s Hospital on Tuesday, October 11.

the money was collected during “Summer Restaurant Weeks,” which happened from July 25 to August 7.

The Downtown Dining Association has donated over $210,000 to Beacon Children’s Hospital during the past 8 years.
