Three proposals on Michigan ballot

(95.3 MNC)

Besides the Michigan Gubernatorial race between incumbent Gretchen Whitmer and Republican challenger Tudor Dixon, Michigan has three proposals on the ballot.

If passed, Proposal 1 would require all state elected officials to file annual financial disclosures starting and limit how long someone can serve at the state level, either in the senate or the house.

If Proposal 2 passes, changes would be made to voting laws, including a new requirement of 9 days of early in-person voting.

Proposal 3 stems from the abortion debate… and would return the right to decide on prenatal and postpartum care, childbirth, and other decisions back to patients.
